Helaman Petlacalco Lehman

Tour Guide and CEO of Helaman Tours
Helaman was born in Atlixco, Puebla, Mexico. In 1964. His family joined the LDS church in 1959 in Puebla. Helaman is the 7th of a family of 11 children. Most of them with book of Mormon names. He attended his junior high school in the LDS school in Mexico City. (Benemerito de las americas) Helaman got his license to be tour Guide by the Mexican government in 1983 and started to work as a tour Guide in Tulum, Mexico. In 1984. He learned languages: Italian, French and German. Helaman founded his own tour company in 2000. He has done thousands of tours visiting the archeologycal sites on the Peninsula of Yucatan, Mexico. Helaman served 3 times as branch president. 4 times in the stake high council, he was also seminary teacher for 6 years and that was his training to understand the spiritual meanning of the archeologycal sites.

Nefi Petlacalco

Tour Guide
Official licensed and certified tour guide. Nefi loves to share his knowledge of the scriptures and his believes about the ancient Mayans. He is a hard worker, very patient and kind. He is a returned missionary, served in Culiacan, Sinaloa. Nefi is fluent in Spanish and English.   














Carlos Aleman


Tour Guide
Official licensed and certified tour guide. He is also a returned missionary, served in Torreon Mission. Carlos applies all his knowledge about the scriptures to tie the relation between Mayan people and those who were taken from Jerusalem to the promised land. He is a hard worker and he is very excited to share all his knowledge with you. Carlos is fluent in Spanish and English.
