Terms & Conditions

The rates published in the website are only valid at the time of the quotation and guaranteed upon receipt of payment. All reservations are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed until full payment has been received.

A reservation is considered complete when it provides you with a confirmation number and the corresponding charge is applied. When booking, you consent to the use of your credit card number for payment and confirm that you acknowledge and accept our reservation policies, payment and cancellation disclaimer. By completing your reservation you agree to accept the conditions and charges associated with the rate you selected.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

  • Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund

  • Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund

  • Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund

  • No show = no refund

Cozumel Tours

 

Payments are fully refunded due to Ships not calling port for any reason. However, you will have to let us know between 24 hours before the day of the tour. If you let us know on the same day of the tour, we are keeping the deposit ($100 dollars) and refunding the rest of the money. 

If you already booked your tour and paid for the whole amount, and you decide to cancel; you will have to let us know between at least 24 hours to be able to refund the money. The deposit ($100 dollars) is not refunded if you cancel on the same day of the tour. 

 

Costa Maya Tours

A payment of the whole amount of the tour is required. If you decide to cancel the tour, you will have to let us know between 24-36 hours before the tour and you will be fully refunded.

Tour Changes

​

If you would like to reschedule the tour, you will have to let us know between 36-48 hours before the day of the tour. There is not charge for this.

 

 

Airport/Hotel & Parks Shuttle Service  

You are not require to pay for the Shuttle Services until the day of the service. If you want to pay in advance, you can do it and if you want to cancel for any reason, you will have to let us know between 36-24 hours before the day of the service. We will refund the full amount.
